Mr. Ng, who is spearheading the Company, has more than 20 years of experience
with Hong Kong Bank and in the business world, particularly in the corporate scene.
Besides his investment in Golden-M Holdings Sdn Bhd, he also has other business interests
in China and East Malaysia

Mr. Ng graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from
the Western Michigan University, USA. After graduation, he returned to Malaysia
ventures into various business endeavours, including food and beverages, travel
agency and education. He is currently the Executive Director of Golden-M Holdings
Sdn. Bhd.

Haji Ahmad Shalimin B. Ahmad Shaffie
Hj Shalimin sits in the board of Taiping Holdings Sdn Bhd, Usaha Cekap Sdn Bhd as well as
Steiner International Ltd. He is also an Executive Director of Pica-IAG Sdn Bhd. Prior to that,
he was with Denko Industrial Corporation Berhad, a listed company in KLSE.
