1. What is GMC Integrated Comprehensive Medical Program (ICMP)?
ICMP is a special program designed by GMC to provide preventive and curative healthcare services to its member . Covered benefits for hospitalization and surgical as well as personal accident insurance are provided by medical insurer through Golden-M Agency. Services such as 3rd party administration, domestic repatriation, health screening, second opinion, long term medication, health products are provided through CompuMed and Aspire Health.

The focus of ICMP may be the following phrase
"You're not Alone. Just concentrate on recovery and let us take care of rest."

2. Who is CompuMed?
CompuMed is a Managed Care Organisation established in 1998 delivering Third Party Administration services to its clients. CompuMed is also a one-stop centre, providing inpatient, outpatient services and claims management to its clients.
3. How does member access ambulance service?
Member may dial the Ambulance Hotline (603-2089 3999) as stated at the back of the card, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
4. Will all hospital recognize CompuMed and accept their guarantee?
CompuMed has a long standing working relationship with 58 panel hospitals across the nation. These 58 hospitals are screened by CompuMed based on their facilities, quality of treatment and services. Thus, all members can be assured of the professional services and treatment from these panel hospitals. Should a member choose to be admitted to a non panel hospital, he/she can still do so but will have to pay first and file his/her claims application.
5. How can a member enjoy the Comprehensive Health Screening benefit?
Member will be given a voucher which can be used in any GRIBBLES outlets or branches across the nation. Member should fast for 10 hours the night before the test. Simply present the voucher to GRIBBLES for the tests. Once the report is done, the report will be sent to a panel doctor nearest the member's residence for interpretation and comments. Then the report containing the doctor's remarks and appraisal will be sent back to the member.
6. How can a member enjoy the Long Term Medication benefit?
Member needs to fill in a form which can be obtained from GMC and submits it together with their original prescription from doctor of specialist. Then, doctor from Aspire Health will contact the member and make arrangement for ordering and dispatch of their medication.
7. How does a member file claim?
All original documents should be submitted to GMC within 30 days from the date of discharge from hospital.
